Frank Martinez, Partner
With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Frank began his career as a general laborer. It was during this time that he was introduced to the commercial sector of construction, working alongside various tradespeople. Embracing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and, as an ambitious young employee, he quickly advanced to the role of lead worker, eventually becoming a supervisor, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. Throughout his journey, he honed his skills as a carpenter, obtained permits, learned to read blueprints, and managed new construction projects. During the recession of 2008, Frank and his work partner Jesse decided to venture out on their own. Jesse earned his B license and established JDG CONSTRUCTION. Over the years, they have successfully completed numerous residential projects, including bathroom and kitchen remodels, flooring, and painting, essentially building from the ground up. They are currently in a phase of growth, fueled by the same excellent spirit that has carried them this far. JDG Construction is eager to continue their mission to serve others in the years ahead.
